Autumn’s Eagle (AE) is a hillside residence in East Medford designed to live in harmony with its natural surroundings. Elevated to capture sweeping Northwestern views, the architecture works with the site’s slope to create privacy, openness, and a seamless indoor–outdoor connection that enriches everyday living.
A gentle level transition—from the garage below to the entry above—provides comfortable access while guiding visitors into light-filled living spaces. The home’s structural clarity allows for open, flowing interiors, where the kitchen and main living areas extend toward the horizon, drawing natural light and expansive views deep into the heart of the home.
Warm, autumn-inspired materials and a wing-like roofline give the residence a welcoming and distinctive character. The design evokes a sense of shelter, belonging, and quiet calm—creating a home that feels both grounded in its landscape and uplifting for those who live within it.
